2. What data we collect
From the contact form: name, email, phone, where the project is, the service you are interested in and whatever you write to us. If you send us drawings or photos by email, we process those files too. We do not use profiling or automated decision-making to reply to you.
3. Purposes and legal basis
- Answering your enquiry and preparing a quote
- Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form.
- Managing the design or build contract
- Performance of the contract.
- Tax and invoicing obligations
- Legal obligation.
- Form security (anti-spam)
- Legitimate interest.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. If we sign a contract, we keep the documentation for the length of the relationship and afterwards for as long as tax law and liability for building defects require.
5. Who else sees it
Our technology suppliers, as data processors: the site hosting, the email service and the tool that receives the form — [suppliers to be confirmed at launch].
On a building project the architect or the trades carrying out the work may be involved: they receive only what their work requires.
6. Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@desenhosaudade.com. We reply within one month. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
