Where we are

Studio in Pòrtol, sites across the island.

We are fifteen minutes from Palma on the Ma-13. This is where the projects are drawn and the decisions are made; if you would rather we came to you, we meet at your house or on the plot.

How long do you take to reply?

Two working days. We reply with the next step and a price range, not with a brochure.

Is the first visit charged?

No. We come and see the house or the plot, measure what is needed and tell you whether the project stacks up. If it does not, we tell you so in writing.

Do you work across the whole of Mallorca?

Yes, the whole island. The studio is in Pòrtol, Marratxí, fifteen minutes from Palma.

Which languages do you work in?

Spanish, English and Portuguese. A good part of our clients do not live on the island.
