What's included

Everything there is to decide, decided.

An interior design project is not a folder of pretty images: it is the document you buy, contract and build from. Anything left undrawn ends up being decided on site, in a hurry.

Survey and layout

We measure the house as it stands and test layouts until one works. Dimensioned plans, elevations and sections.

Materials and finishes

Physical samples in your hands before you decide: stone, timber, paint and fabric on the table, not on a screen.

Kitchen and bathrooms

The two rooms where changing your mind costs most. Services are drawn in: water, waste and sockets in place from the plan.

Furniture and lighting

Selection, ordering and installation through our suppliers. Factory warranty, spares on the island, and we handle the orders, the lead times and anything that goes wrong.

Landscape, courtyard and garden

Paving, terraces, irrigation, lighting and species that survive August without you standing there with a hose.

Landscape

In Mallorca you live outside as much as in.

The garden, the courtyard and the porch are half the year. They are designed alongside the interior — same materials, same light, same budget — so the house does not change language when you step through the door.

Mediterranean species — olive, lavender, grasses — that survive August on drip irrigation.

Gravel paths and dry stone walls that drain in the autumn storms.

We see the house

We come to the house or the plot, measure and listen to how you live. No charge.

02 · Concept

Two or three routes

Alternative layouts, with what each one gains and loses. You pick one and we close it.

03 · Design

All of it drawn

Construction drawings, specification of finishes, renders and an itemised quote.

04 · Procurement

Ordered and received

We handle orders and lead times. Anything that will not arrive on time is swapped before the site stops, not after.

05 · Installation

Put in place

Furniture, lighting and textiles installed by our team. The house is handed over finished.

Questions

What people ask us before commissioning the design.

Can you do the design only and let someone else build it?

Yes. The drawings and the itemised quote are delivered in a format any builder can price. If you also want us to run the works, that is the project management service.

Will you work with my architect?

Happily. We split the work in writing before we start, so there are never two opinions on the same drawing.

How much does an interior design project cost?

It depends on the size and the scope. After the visit we give you a range in writing, and the price is fixed when you commission the work. The visit is free.

Do you do the landscaping as well?

Yes, and in Mallorca it is half the project: garden, courtyard, porch, pool, irrigation and lighting. It is drawn alongside the interior so the materials speak to each other.

I live abroad. Can I follow the project?

Yes. We present over video call and decide on renders. A good part of our clients do not live in Mallorca.
