Visualisation can be commissioned on its own, with nothing else attached. We work the same way for a family deciding on a renovation as for a practice or a developer who needs to show something that does not exist yet.
What people ask before commissioning images.
Do I need to have drawings?
They help, but they are not essential. With photos, measurements and a call we can build the model. If the design is ours, the model already exists.
How much does a render cost?
It is priced per image and by how complex the scene is. With the brief in front of us we give you a fixed price before any modelling starts.
Do you work for architects and developers?
Yes, and it is a good part of what we do: visualisation for projects we are not running, in confidence and with no branding on the image.
Does the image really look like the finished result?
That is the whole point. We model with the materials and furniture that will be bought; if something cannot be sourced, it is changed in the image before you get used to seeing it that way.
How many revisions are included?
As many as it takes for the image to describe the agreed design. What is not included is redesigning the house once the image is done: that is a new project, and it is priced as one.
Which formats do you deliver in?
Images in 4K, as JPG and TIFF. Walkthroughs as MP4 video.
